Write to that address for any question about an order, a return, or the product itself; it reaches a person, not a queue. Full trader and product-safety details are provided on request and on the order confirmation.

Terms of sale

The contract. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we confirm the order by email. Until then nothing is owed on either side.

Prices. €48 per shirt, or €199 for all five. Prices include VAT where it applies and exclude shipping, which is shown before you pay. The price charged is the price calculated by us at checkout, not one supplied by your browser.

Made to order. Each shirt is printed after you order it. That does not reduce your right to withdraw below, because these are standard sizes and colourways from a fixed range, not goods personalised to your specification.

Payment. Taken by a payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's own page and never reach our servers.

If something is wrong. You have the statutory rights of a consumer in the EU, including two years' liability for goods that do not conform to the contract under Directive (EU) 2019/771. Nothing here reduces them.

Law. Cypriot law applies, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there.

Disputes. Write to us first. If that does not settle it, EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, it ends 14 days after the last part arrives.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the period ends — an email to hello@viralcollective.studio saying you withdraw is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Effects. We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back, or until you supply evidence of sending them, whichever happens first. The refund is made by the same means you paid with, and costs you nothing.

Sending it back. Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns and refunds

Beyond the statutory right above, we accept returns for 30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed, for any reason. Wrong size is not a crisis. Email us and we will tell you where to send it.

If an item arrives faulty, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the return shipping. Send a photograph with your message and there is no need to return it first.

Shipping and delivery

Shirts are printed to order in the European Union and shipped from there, so there is no customs charge or import VAT within the EU.

Printing takes a few working days, and delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. The shipping cost for your address is calculated and shown before you pay. We deliver within the timeframe stated at checkout and in any case within 30 days of the contract.

Risk passes to you when you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

The product

VIRAL sells clothing. It is not a pharmacy, not a medicine, and nothing here is medical advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical manufacturer.

The names printed on the garments are international non-proprietary names — the generic chemical names of active substances. Those names are non-proprietary by definition: no company owns them, and they are used here descriptively, as the subject of the artwork.

If anything on a garment leads you to a question about your own treatment, ask a doctor or pharmacist, not a t-shirt.

Care and safety. 100% cotton. Machine wash cold, inside out; do not tumble dry the print. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

Privacy

What we collect, and why.

• Order details — name, delivery address, email, and what you bought. Used to make and deliver the order and to handle returns. Lawful basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Kept as long as needed for the order, and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider on its own page. We never see or store them. We receive only a reference and whether the payment succeeded.
• Your basket is stored in your own browser, on your device. It is not sent to us until you order, and we cannot read it.

No tracking. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Nothing follows you around.

Who else sees your data. Our printer and fulfilment partner, Printify, and the carrier, both to the extent needed to print and deliver your order. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests to this site. Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.

Your rights. You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. Email the address above and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the authority where you live.
